Employees
have recently expressed concern and curiosity about the company’s future as
they anticipate business development opportunities for the company.
Our company is like a big, happy family and every
employee is a member of this family.
As such, we would like your involvement, suggestions, and commitment to
our business development, and we will inform you about upcoming developments in
this and future issues of the company’s newsletter. There have been many changes in our
company; however, the focus of the company remains the same: People, Growth and
Profit.
Technological
Developments
Our company’s vision is to improve our existing
technological capabilities and to develop new technologies, so
that we can offer not only online advertising services but other services that
will help us grow.
To do this, we need more IT development
personnel. We will be opening a new
IT office very close to Fairview Mall.
This new office will allow us to expand the IT team as well as the sales
and publisher teams in the current
The
entire IT team will be moving to this new location, which is only a twenty-minute drive from this office. Should emergencies arise, we will find
the close proximity very useful. You never need to worry about the communication, since you will all be
facilitated with a telephone and remote control assistance system.
We are also preparing to open another IT office in
Products and
Services
The
month of May will be the dawn of a new era in the timeline of the company. Adpreference.com is a
newly launched ad marketplace and a new brand. This product allows the publishers to
display interstitial ads at the desired rate and have the control of the price
and type of advertisements. We
believe both the company and our clients will benefit immensely from
Adpreference.
We also believe various products can help the
company bring in new sales, meaning profit, and, of course, increase the
company’s market share. We endeavor to introduce a new Search Engine
Optimization (SEO) service. This
service will be available to all of our current clients as well as prospective
clients. It will give our
advertisers and publishers more opportunities for optimization of their sites
and will help them rank higher within the major search engines. Meanwhile, it will add to the revenue of the company as well as provide
an opportunity for our sales staff to increase their earnings.
Other than the SEO service, we also have ideas to
develop some websites or Windows applications for the Internet that will make
people’s daily lives more convenient. We value your suggestions and dedication to our business development. Please

April’s cold and snowy weather has not been well received by all, rumor has it
that there is indeed warm weather and sunshine on the way. Let’s get outside, breathe in the fresh

the process of planning a company outing to ring in the nice weather. Please submit any ideas you might have
